Using Hold That Reel
Hold That Reel is an early-stage service for saving and organizing Reels, uploads, and notes sent through Instagram. You may use it only with accounts and content you are authorized to access, and only in compliance with Instagram's terms and applicable law.
Your content and account
You keep ownership of content you send. You give Hold That Reel limited permission to receive, process, transcribe, summarize, tag, organize, store, and display that content solely to provide the service. Do not send illegal, infringing, abusive, or harmful material.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis and may change, pause, or end without notice. Generated transcripts and summaries can contain mistakes; verify important information against the original Reel.
Paid plans and cancellation
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices, included usage, and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Upgrades may take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations generally take effect at the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel through Stripe's customer portal from your private library. Except where required by law, charges already paid are not refundable for a partially used billing period.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, evade limits, or use it to violate another person's rights. Access may be limited or removed to protect the service or others.
Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains the information we process and how to request deletion. Disconnecting Instagram access stops future API access but does not automatically delete previously saved items; follow the deletion instructions in the Privacy Policy.
