Yes. It is tied to the Instagram account that sent the item. Hold That never asks for your Instagram password or reads unrelated DMs.

The processed title, summary, available transcript, and your notes remain in your Notebook while your plan retains them. The original Reel itself may no longer open if its creator deletes it or goes private.
Can the summary be wrong?
Yes. Generated material can miss context. Every save keeps the source link so you can check anything important against the original.
